Crabbers Sunset Pineapple Tutorial

So I got a bit creative when coming up with beautiful drink to sell to customers at an event I work behind the scenes at. This is what I came up with... The Crabbers Sunset Pineapple.

Ingredients:

1. Whole Pineapple (Dole Super Sweet)

2. Sugar

3. Whole Strawberries

4. Orange Juice (Extra Pulp)

5. Pineapple Spears

6. Ciroc Pineapple

7. Ciroc Summer Colada Minis

8. Whipped Cream

9. Maraschino Cherries

Whole pineapple, sugar, whole strawberries, pineapple spears, orange juice, pineapple Ciroc, cherries, Ciroc minis and whipped cream

Supplies Needed:

- A Fantastic Blender (Ninja)

- Pineapple Corer

- Metal Straw

- Skewer

- 1 Small Storage Bowl

- 1 Medium Storage Bowl

- 1 Large Storage Bowl

- Knife

- Saran Wrap

Suplies: Blender, Storage bowls, pineapple corer, skewer, metal straw, knife

Prepare A Day Ahead:

1. Sliced & whole strawberries with sugar and Pineapple flavored Ciroc

2. Pineapples in Pineapple flavored Ciroc

3. Freeze fresh pineapple chunks

4. Freeze entire cored pineapple

Assemble the Sunset Pineapple

1. Blend the frozen pineapple chunks with Orange Juice. Add more OJ or vodka until you reach the desired consistency. Remember, if its too runny, it wont hold the garnishing or present well.

2. Spoon the smoothie into the frozen hollow pineapple

3. Top with the Pineapple Ciroc spiked strawberry slices

4. Add Whipped Cream and a cherry

5. Garnish with your skewered Pineapple Ciroc spike pineapple chunks and spiked whole strawberry

6. Finish with a metal straw and a Ciroc Colada mini
